It evolved in India thousands of years ago yet is still as relevant in our lives today. The ultimate goal of Ayurveda is to create harmony between the body, mind and spirit. Ayurveda views every individual as a unique expression of nature and everyone has a different path towards health and happiness. Through the understanding of our individual needs we nurture and cultivate health and beauty from within to experience the healing effects of Ayurveda.
Matri is Ayurveda for motherhood.
Motherhood takes so many shapes and forms in this universe, and all of them are sacred. Ayurveda has a tradition thousands of years old for preparing the body for pregnancy, supporting the pregnant woman, and nurturing her recovery after birth.

6 weeks of tender loving care for the newborn mother. When a baby is born, so is a mother, and the birth of a mother can be more intense than childbirth. I offer you support during this intense transition, nourishing you with love, food and energy.
In 2023 I started training to become a kraamzorg under the practical guidance of Siri Amrit Khalsa. As of September 2023 I will begin taking on clients with support from my mentor.
