PREPARING FOR
THE FOURTH TRIMESTER
When we are pregnant we spend so much time thinking about and preparing for the birth of our baby as if birth were the finish line, but what happens after your baby arrives?
When a baby is born so is a mother and sometimes the birth of a mother can be even more intense than childbirth. While there’s a good chance you have been preparing for your baby’s birth you may not be preparing yourself for the changes that you will be experiencing when the birth is over.
The postpartum period, also known as the fourth trimester, will be a time filled with love, little sleep, feeding challenges, shifts in identity, bonding, extreme emotions, hormone changes and a body that is healing.
If you know more about what to expect postpartum you are in a more empowered position going into it.
Just as having a birth plan helps you to prepare for the birth, a postpartum plan helps you to prepare for the time after.
This webinar will give you all the tools that you need to create your postpartum plan, setting yourself up for the smoothest fourth trimester possible.

TESTIMONIALS
What I loved most about Kyla's course is how she really encouraged and increased the beautiful bond between the mother and her unborn child. In both the meditations and the yoga classes, I would really cherish the reminder to embrace this connection and celebrate the two hearts from within me; my own, and that of my growing unborn child. I found the meditations short and a powerful way of grounding and reconnecting with myself, my babe, and my inner wisdom. The yoga was wonderful at awakening my spine and body, moving it through the various planes of motions that our body's often lack in our day to day living. I always felt so much better post meditation and/or yoga lesson. Highly recommend to all pregnancy mama's.
LAUREN
The six week pregnancy yoga course was a very interesting experience and different than other online pregnancy yoga classes I took. Kyla really took the time to prepare the content in detail and as she went through the pregnancy journey herself she knew what is important during that time. I especially liked the description of every week's practice and useful information about pregnancy and delivery: the extensive list of precautions before staring exercises, tips on how to naturally deal with common pregnancy inconveniences and various positions that can help with pain during labor. From more practical side, I liked the voice guidance along the whole practice that helped me to focus on getting into the right position without the need to look at the screen too often. I did not get distracted and could easily follow the guidance of what to do next, which was very helpful for me. This is an in depth pregnancy yoga course that I can surely recommend!
